Le Delizie di Bergi Organic Plum Jam is crafted from organically grown plums harvested in our farm in the Madonie Mountains, Sicily.

Made with 100 g of fruit per 100 g of finished product, without added pectin or citric acid, this jam preserves the authentic taste and natural aroma of fresh plums.

The fruit is hand-selected and slowly cooked with organic cane sugar and organic lemon juice, following a traditional artisanal process that enhances flavor and texture.

The result is a rich, naturally sweet jam with a delicate tang, ideal for:

• breakfast and homemade pastries

• cakes and traditional desserts

• pairing with aged cheeses and pecorino
