The Organic Pear and Cinnamon Jam by Le Delizie di Bergi blends farm-grown organic pears from Sicily with a subtle touch of organic cinnamon, carefully balanced to enhance the fruit without overpowering it.
We use only seasonal, farm-grown fruit, harvested at full ripeness and processed artisanally in small batches.
The recipe is simple and transparent: organic pears, organic cane sugar, organic lemon juice and organic cinnamon. No added pectin, no citric acid, no additives.
The result is a jam with a soft, velvety texture and a warm, aromatic profile, where cinnamon gently complements the natural flavor of pear.
The flavor is sweet and well balanced, enriched by a delicate spicy note that makes this jam refined and versatile.
The texture is naturally creamy, achieved solely through the fruit’s natural properties.
