The Organic Loquat Jam by Le Delizie di Bergi is an artisanal fruit preserve made with organic loquats grown and harvested on our Sicilian farm, in the Madonie area near Castelbuono.

We work exclusively with seasonal, farm-grown fruit, processed in small batches shortly after harvest to preserve its natural aroma and freshness.
The recipe is simple and transparent: organic loquats, organic cane sugar, organic lemon juice and organic carob seed flour, used as a natural thickener instead of industrial pectin.

The result is a jam with a soft, velvety texture and a delicate, gently sweet flavor, with light fruity notes and a fresh finish.

Taste and texture

The flavor is smooth and harmonious, never overpowering, making it ideal for those who prefer balanced fruit preserves.
The texture is naturally creamy, achieved solely through the fruit’s natural properties.

Use and consumption

Perfect for everyday breakfasts, spread on bread or rusks, it also pairs beautifully with natural yogurt, homemade desserts and fresh cheeses.
